- Last Thursday, atop the SUMMIT One Vanderbilt, Greater New York Red Cross CEO, Doreen Howe, presented Angel Martinez with the Lifesaving Award for heroically using Red Cross skills to save a life.
- News 12 reported on the Red Cross assisting 11 adults and 2 children after a fire on Beach Avenue in the Bronx.
- We had a great ribbon-cutting ceremony last Wednesday for the new Red Cross office in Fort Hamilton to serve the community.
- Join us to say CONGRATULATIONS to our Metro New York North Board Member Lauren Walsh, who will be recognized by the YWCA Greenwich as the Purple Purse honoree on May 1.
- The Theodore Roosevelt Executive and Legislative Building in Nassau County was shining bright red last Tuesday night in honor of Red Cross Month!
